Scott Strady, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Founding ProVest in 1991, Scott Strady is the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, and is credited with successfully building client relationships and skillfully steering the company’s strategic initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage foreclosure industry, Strady’s vision is to continually advance ProVest’s size and scope, leveraging technology and innovation to secure ProVest’s position at the forefront of the process service community. Under his guidance, ProVest has evolved into an enterprise that delivers optimal service offerings through sophisticated technical solutions. After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University, he worked as a Sales Manager for Gillette. From there he became involved in mortgage foreclosure services which led to the formation of ProVest.

Jim Ward, President
As President, Jim Ward is responsible for ProVest’s development, daily operations, and IT initiatives. Skilled at managing complex technical and business challenges, he is charged with developing strategic growth plans, integrating new acquisitions, and introducing new systems and services that improve operational efficiency and productivity. Before assuming his current role, Ward served as ProVest’s Vice President of Operations. Jim has more than 20 years of management and systems consulting experience. Prior to joining ProVest he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. His career continued at IBM Business Consulting where he provided leadership on strategic global service accounts and focused on enhancing his clients’ competitive positions and operating performance while reducing overall costs.

Victor Draper, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Victor Draper is responsible for new business initiatives, new product planning, and implementing strategies that ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. He brings leadership across all aspects of services, including marketing, business development, government agencies, ProVest media relations, and professional services. Draper specializes in developing and implementing strategies that ensure high-level customer satisfaction. With 24 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, Victor entered the process service market by operating Universal Default Services (UDS), a New York-based process service and skip tracing firm which was acquired by ProVest in January, 2007. Prior to launching UDS, Draper led the default services department at Countrywide Financial Corporation. Additionally, Victor Draper is a noted industry speaker at conferences and seminars and publishes in renowned industry publications.
